For travel north of the 54th parallel, the per kilometer Transportation Rate is $0.6810.

For travel south of the 54th parallel, the per kilometer Transportation Rate is $0.6210.

For travel north of the 54th parallel, the per kilometer Transportation Rate is $0.6710.
