HSAS is proud to support the U Sports Women’s Hockey Championship Gold Medal Game in support of the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre. In addition to a $10,000 donation, HSAS has sponsored this game to raise awareness about the Saskatoon Food Bank’s mission to end food insecurity and also to host a food drive to help feed the community.
If you’re attending any games held on March 17th during the championship, bring a “hat trick” of non-perishable food items to donate! There will be donation barrels at the entrance to the arena and throughout the building.

Last fiscal year Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre provided 1,965,825 lbs of food to the community through their Emergency Food Hampers. Your donations help to support the food bank’s goal of ensuring a food-secure community where all people have access to safe, affordable, and nutritious food.
